Company Registration/ Random Pool Enrollment- $120.00 includes yearly queries. Currently, we are offering free enrollment for the first year up to January 1st of next year.

DOT 5 Panel Drug Screen- $60.00 Includes Pre-employment, Randoms, Reasonable Suspicion, Return to Duty, Follow-ups and Post-accidents.

Breath Alcohol- $40.00

Newly Hired Drivers- $75.00 Includes pre-employment drug test, pre-employment query, and addition into the random pool.

Non IES Collection Site Drug Test- $75.00 Fee for drug tests done at a location other than an IES collection site.

Onsite Collection Fee- $70.00 + $.50 per mile. Not able to make it to us? We will come to you at your shop and do the collection onsite. On-site fee waived if 5 or more tests are done on the same day.

Post Traffic Accident On Scene Testing- $300 + $.50 per mile. If needed, we can come to the scene of the accident. This fee includes the breath alcohol test and an observed drug test.

DOT Drug Testing / Random Pool Pricing

If you are enrolled in our Random pool, we will provide you with a DOT compliance checklist and the forms that are needed for the driver qualification file at no extra cost. If you would like us to run your MVR, set up a CDL physical reminder, or just manage your whole driver file, below is a list of those fees

MVR Motor Vehicle Report- $40.00 Pre-employment and Annual.

CDL Physical reminder- $20 Do you have a hard time remembering when to get your DOT Physical? If you are already getting your physicals at I-80 Chiropractic, you are already enrolled in the reminder system.

Full Driver File Management- $200 Don't want to manage your driver files? Let us manage your driver files for you. This fee includes the MVR and the CDL physical reminder.
